Unresponsive box

My box is unresponsive to the remote. I have changed the batteries on the remote and the light in the top right corner works so it's not the remote.

I have unplugged the box and rebooted it but still doesn't work. It's just frozen in the homepage.

Has anyone got any tips on how to fix it?

Sounds like you need to reset your box, if you have a T8 press the restore button and hold until you get the recovery menu up. The clear cache and reboot, if this doesn't work you might have to do a factory restore. Its the same process, just click on factory restore. On other boxes like the imx6 the reset button is in the AV slot, so if you go to droidboxs main site and then blogs and how to you can find where yours is.
