T8s locked up

Please excuse the delay. I'm assuming you've got it sorted by now, but in case not, or others read this thread in the future, the slightly counter-intuitive next step is to repeat the factory reset!
Follow the steps at https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/faq-2/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ carefully, the most important part being waiting 20 minutes or so after the first reboot, to allow all the applications to be automatically reinstalled.
