Hi I I tried this firmware for my x7 no sticker on back, followed the instructions for microsd update and when I plug in power cable and turn the box on it says no command? I changed file name and held reset button any ideas lads thanks..

It could be you have a EKB311, can you try following the steps in this thread please - Firmware Upgrade Instructions for X7 & X7 Ultimate Devices
