x7 recovery help

hi im trying to reset x7 to start afresh again,i tried settings reset but x7 just reboots and everything stays the same also i tried recovery mode reset pulled cable out held recovery button put back in and turn on but nothing happens any help thanks

Hi I've tried this but x7 just goes into reboot then switches off

Hi Barry if all you want to do is reset Xbmc to first run you could go into android settings scroll down and select apps then select Xbmc. You could then clear data which will remove all changes to Xbmc. Then bootup Xbmc and rerun the wizard. If you want to do a full factory reset Then you should follow the advise from jigger.
