Hi, I recently sent my x7 droid box to you to reset firmware...excellent service box returned swiftly with updates installed box worked perfectly for a couple of days and then the box started to run really slow. I was watching house of cards on showbox, the programme would stop every 30 seconds or so, I tried pausing programme for various periods of time hoping buffering would complete but no luck..tried various shows on Xbmc and modbro And results were the same. I have tested my download speeds and it's averaging around 32megs.
I then carried out factory reset, box worked well for a short period of time and then same issue, I have followed the instructions for factory reset and installed add ons from wizard and disconnected power lead to re boot, there is one anomaly with my box that is not mentioned in your "how to " section......after reboot I leave the box running (you advise 20 mins) and soon after short cut icons appear ( Xbmc, showbox, modbro, YouTube, catchup etc) the box switched itself off well before the 20 minutes.
I have just tried to watch game of thrones series three episode 9 on various portals on Xbmc choosing "low" quality and I am still getting programme stopping every 30seconds or so.
Any advice ...the x7 is a must have for me !,,,,
