How to do a "Swipe"

I've hidden the navigation bar at the bottom of the Droidbox home. Apologies if I've missed something, but I can't seem to figure out how to swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen to get the navigation bar to appear.

Can anyone advise?

Hi there, you need to use mini keyboard with touchpad (i8) or wireless mouse to swipe upwards. Have you got one?

I downloaded the RKRemoteControl app and it works from there.
