Hi all, new on this forum, hoping you all can help me. When i try to play a HQ sports stream i get so much buffering that i just want to turn it off and when playing via acestream, after lots of buffering, acestream just closes. I jave the new t8 box and virgin fibre internet with average speeds of atleast 30mbps and i have cleared cache. Please help.

Hi guys....got a t8 for Xmas to replace an m6.acestream was working fine until yesterday and now it just says failed to play check log for details.I have the same set up on m6 and that works fine..I'm not sure where to go with this be it a reset or re install acestream(yes its running when I start the t8)I'm hoping its something simple.

Hello there Mark, You can try to clear Ace Stream Engine data by going to your devices' "Settings">More> Android Settings>Scroll down and then find(click) "Apps".

After clicking "Apps", on the right side click "Ace Stream Engine"> and then click "Clear data".

You can go back to Launcher Screen again/ or Home and then check if the problem has been fixed already.
