@ali damji - please forgive my slight confusion, but your T8 will have come with XBMC and our Wizard pre-installed. When you mentioned updated to the latest DroidBOX Wizard, could you let us know what you did? Are you using a different version of XBMC? Perhaps the Helix build of Kodi (the new name for XBMC)? If it was our Wizard that you updated, was it via instructions we sent in an e-mail to you?
Hi yeah it was pre installed. It is now working. Fir some reason when i ran the wizard and after the update it was not working but now it is all working fine.
In the last couple of weeks, Genesis has had a few problems when I've accessed it. Tested it just now (7.40pm ish) and it is working OK. Can you try again please @Len, and let me know if the problem remains. If it is working right now, but goes down again in the future, I tend to temporarily swap back to GoTV and GoMovies (same add-on author, he combined them into Genesis) as they (a little confusingly) were working when Genesis wasn't.
If Genesis still isn't working for you, can you try some other add-ons please, so we know how widespread the problem is on your device. Exiting XBMC and opening a website in the Chrome or Browser app would also let us know whether this is just in XBMC or not.

Hi recently purchased a Mobbie dazzle s805. I installed tvmc on the box and went straight on genisis I tried loads of different streams and the display was not full screen at first I thought it was the settings but when I tried different settings it was the same a quarter of the screen it has me baffled as my other box (m8) is fine running genisis through tvmc please help thanks
If you start watching a movie again, get the pop up menu up and go to the pic setting(looks like movie reel). Adjust the pic size to what you want them go to the bottom and save the adjustment. It should say now...

If that doesn't help, click the backslash character on a keyboard ( so \ , NOT the one normally found on the ? key) when watching a video, see if that helps.
