Before Christmas we attempted to launch xbmc but it was just a black screen, we attempted to remove xbmc and reinstall it which left us with no xbmc option on the start up menu (just 3d launcher and launcher) emailed support who sent us the file but again just a black screen? We've tried factory reset and cleared data and cache also and now when we click on xbmc it doesn't work at all just takes us back to previous menu? Any advice?
xbmc won't open and no droidbox wizard??

Can you open ES File Explorer, navigate to the root ( / ) of your device, then head to the /System/ folder, then the preinstall/ folder. If you can see an XBMC related APK file in there, please once again uninstall XBMC from your device, then open the XBMC APK file from ES File Explorer. Let us know how it goes.
