Can anyone help - I have slow playback when trying to watch some shows on Showbox. Also having trouble with some shows failing to download. Not having problem downloading movies though - so it isn't my internet connection. Any suggestions much appreciated!!!

I'm beginning to think it may just be the source material that is the problem as some shows download perfectly. It seems to be Fox network shows which have the issue!
Doesn't sounds like your Internet is the issue rather the way show box is buffering the stream. Have you tried clearing the cache in settings /apps then show box?
If some streams are playing fine however it does suggest individual issues with the connections from specific servers. Not encountered any myself yet however
Agree with you - it seems to be shows from the same network provider. Hopefully it might resolve itself with the next update. It is only on Showbox.
Hi Adam -it is something to do with the decoder! It took me ages to figure it out but the shows will play properly if instead of using the internal player I select the "S/W decoder" - it is set on the H/W decoder on the top right of the screen (you have to hover the arrow at the top of the screen to find it). So it seems to be the player and the decoder that is causing the problem.
