Hi, just an update, have again followed advice from support guys and done the update for Xbmc, I am now on Xbmc but all the pictures of the add ons under each category are jigsaw pieces,and the screen has froze, arrow still working. Don't no what to do as I can't move the screen.

Re the skin, switch to the Confluence one for now. When troubleshooting, set up for stability then change one thing at a time. So, open XBMC/SPMC and head to
System>Appearance>Skin (click it)>Confluence (not Confluence Customizable Mod)>Confirm you're sure>Exit XBMC.
The app will now open more reliably. Let me know what else is left that needs sorting.
In terms of having missing thumbnail images, is the XBMC/SPMC app you're running Gotham or Frodo based? Head to the System Info entry under the System menu to check. If it mentions v12, you have Frodo (Flump for one build), if v13 then it is Gotham. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on the forum.
If you need to run the Wizard again and wipe XBMC's data, don't forget to switch the skin back to Confluence if you have problems opening XBMC.

Re showbox stopping, how much storage space do you have left right now? If you've downloaded others before, you'll need to copy them onto a memory card/USB device or delete them if they are taking up too much space.
To check space left (if you're not sure), head to Android's Settings, if you see a colourful interface, last tab on the right, then the More/Advanced Settings button. In either case, you'll now see a monochrome-like interface with blue/black and white. Click on the Storage entry and check the free space there, and scroll down for other areas.
