T8 boot problems

OK. Had the t8 for a month and seemed OK till today. The boot sign on the unit stayed and the green xmtc screen remained. I saw on the forum how to reboot....followed the advice and now all I have on the screen is the green Android man spinning and the word boot on the LCD. I've tried the reboot procedure again but it won't reset itself. I'm stuck with a spinning green Android man.
Please please help.....cup final tomorrow and I wanna watch it!

As I did initially say that I'd checked the forum and saw how to reboot correctly.
Thanks anyway, but I'd already read that thread.....still stuck with the spinning green man

No worries. I've also taken out the Air remote dongle. Spinning green man every time. He's spinning now for the past 20 mins. I'll leave it just in case.

I think the box is knackered.

Cheers. Nope, I haven't tried that. I've turned it off and disconnected the power; will try in the morning. Ta.

OK. Left it in powered overnight. Try a reset and still a spinning green man. So bloody disappointed.

The unit was sent at 2.00pm today registered delivery which disappointingly cost me £7.15. This cost was inspire of me downloading a address and free postage label sent to me from DroidBOX customer service.

Hi. I've got to the bottom of this. The reason why he charged me was because the r48 label is uninsured. As the unit cost me £100 he insured it as a precaution and that cost £7.15.

If it had gotten lost and uninsured, who would fund the replacement unit?
Anyway....that is mystery solved.
