I never use Navix either. Icefilms is generally good and I always use vidics especially for tv series. If your movie starts to buffer then try pausing it for a bit. I will generally pause whatever I want to watch and go and make a cup of tea. By the time that is done and I start the movie or episode I will always get seamless playback with no interruptions.

Try using primewire it has a good search and some good streams. When I first used xbmc I also used to have films freezes and saw advice to use xbmc maintenance tweaks and to select 0 cashe advanced xml. This makes the movie continue to cashed to storage instead of using up ram if you pause for a while as pointed out earlier.
Thanks for all the tips I'm getting there slowly with the box it's been a learning curb for me next thing for me is to put a VPN on it would that help with watching some of the UK stuff?

@gordon - See this thread - Not in the UK, but want to watch TV from home? if streams from UK companies aren't playing because you're not in Britain at the time. There are other VPN services, but Tunnel Bear give you 500mb for free, so you might as well try it out before committing to spending any money.

You need to make sure UK is selected, and that it is definitely turned on.
When in doubt... reboot.
When Tunnel Bear shows that it is turned on, and UK has been selected, pop over to the Android browser, and visit http://WhatIsMyIP.com - it will clearly show you which country your reported IP address is in.
If you're not 100% certain, then turn Tunnel Bear OFF, revisit http://WhatIsMyIP.com and make sure it displays a different IP address from a moment.
When in doubt... reboot.

When you installed tunnel bear, did it also install and start the tun.ko driver installer? If that did appear, what did you click on?
