hi. I have uninstalled xbmc and I am unable to re install it. I have gone to file manager and there is no pre installed folder there. So I am unable to trace the xbmc ? Please help thank you

Have you gone on the File Manager in the apps on the android boot up menu, if you have then you will need to send an email to the office for the apk file and wizard. At the bottom if this page there's a contact us, use that.
Also look on the thread reset imx6 in the imx6 android part of this forum to see if that helps

I have sent a message to the contact page. I have also tried a toothpick to reset however it's not doing anything no menus for reboot or nothing ? Thanks
