    Hi I emailed you and have heard no reply. Factory reset isn't working. What would you recommend?

    Yes it's the iMX6. Yes it's the launchers home screen. Xbmc works just fine and I can get into the settings. Done a reset but it didn't seem to do anything at all

    Hi I only just recieved my box today and I have done the start up. Xbmc is the only thing that is working. When I go into the likes of showbox it just returns me to the menu screen. Could you help please
