I just did a factory reset that was suggested by support & reinstalled the wizard. The box is just randomly rebooting & throwing up loads of addon incompatibility errors. I'm beginning to lose faith. Everything was fine until I ran the update yesterday. Went into system/system info but still...

I ended up running the update 5 times. Eventually Mashup was there but now my box is randomly rebooting. I am doing a factory reset as suggest by support.

Thanks Paul. Mine just started randomly rebooting today. I was using it for about 2 hours & it rebooted 5 times. Support recommend that I do a factory reset so I am on with that now.

After a very late night & 5 re-installs I think it is sorted. Got my fingers crossed anyway.

I really hope so Paul :( I can't even get into XBMC, the box is just rebooting all of the time. I can't use it as it is.

I answered "no" to the question in the picture above. I then unplugged the box & it struggled to restart, after about 4 reboot cycles I managed to run XBMC. I went to mashup & got the Goodbye screen. The Mashup fix is no longer in the Wizard screen. Any sugestions as to where I can go from here?

Someone told me that they had run the update & mashup worked fine. They suggested that I try to reinstall it. I did this & got the following screen:

It's the M8 mate. Mashup is there but it is just the "Goodbye Message" now. I will try to run it again & see what happens. Will let you know.

I'm not 100% sure & I don't know how to chack but I am pretty sure (for some reason) that it's Gotham. I just ran the new update & tried it & it is back working now (but I have lost my previously fixed Mashup :) so I need to try to fathom out how to get that back again & the fix seems to have...

Ok. I have managed to run the update & all seems ok apart from the fact that Mash-up has stopped working again. How do I fix it? Any ideas please?

I saw a post yesterday saying that a new Droidbox update was available. This might be a silly question but how do I get it so that I have the new features/additions on my M8 box? Do I need to navigate somewhere, do I need a file ...... what do I need to do?

I don't think I am doing anything wrong & I uninstalled & reinstalled but I am still getting Script Error: Cartoon HD. Does it work for you at all?
