    Hi, I would not be able to tell you if HBO is available, but I always use Genesis or Pheonix, all the latest films and box sets i.e. Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Fortitude e.t.c. are available, hope this helps.

    Hi, I find if this happens, on your remote control in the centre press the right hand arrow, this will move you fast forward if the film as buffered enough, hope this helps.

    Hi, just another tip I use, when I am going to watch I film I load it at least half an hour before I view, this gives it time to buffer and you can watch in peace.

    Hi, I've had my box about six months, I find Genesis and Phoenix good for films and t.v. series i.e. Game of Thrones, Breaking bad etc. also in Pheonix woody is great for sport.

    Hi, I usually find if I turn off the internet hub for five minutes, after that my box then works perfect.

    Hi, if you mean the box icon i.e. Go TV etc. press the right hand arrow on the remote, this will bring out a tab on the left of your screen, then press the o'k key until it says thumbnail and there they are, hope this is the information you require. Regards Stan.

    Hi, I find 1 channel does not always work, I would recommend go tv a much more reliable site, it as all the series including Breaking Bad which is a must.
