Thank you so much..Yes..I am with virgin....logged into my virginmedia account...under apps is one called web safe...turn both items off.....That did the trick!! All working again !

Hi ..been away a few weeks..turned my X7 on...left it half an hour expecting numerous updates etc...noticed just a few...went into VIP in mashup...all links are gone....did a flu reset and wizard download..still the same....totally baffled....as checked on twitter and they active....any ideas?
