How do I upgrade Q7 Droidbox Android TV Box to the latest firmware ? I don’t have an OTA Updates Icon

Before I download / install Wookie Wizard, how do I delete the old files left over from the DroidBox wizard to save some space ? Advice would be appreciated. Cheers

XBMX - Gotham 13.0 Droid Box X7 Whilst watching streamed movies, regular freezes (both picture & sound) and magic mouse cursor also becomes frozen. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue ?

XBMC - version Gotham Noticed playback freezes always around 10 mins. Strangely tho the sound continues to play seamlessly. Its just the picture that freezes. Unsure if this is format issue (what format the movie is in) or can anyone else please explain how I can resolve this issue.
