Had my box up and running for a few months albeit with pretty rubbish speed which I'm stuck with for now.
For no apparent reason the last week or so when I switch on the box it kills the internet speed to almost zero. It's hard wired and after switching it on has an immediate effect.
The box is now unusable and I'm at a loss as to why ??
Any ideas ?

Hi

Can you please do factory reset on your box so you could return it to its default settings.

It may be that some of the applications is started from the starts(automatically start when box boots up) that takes most of the internet connection.

If box is not set up for internet connection at all,it can not be blamed for internet connection failing.
If it was connected to wifi instead, please disconnect the box and try to test your connection on your PC by running speedtest in your web browser, rebooting your modem and if possible trying your box out in some other house on other modems(friends and family or work if possible).
This is how you will know if maybe your modem got faulty,or it is problem with your box that is causing internet to fail.
Please message with feedback if possible and have a nice day.

Hi, I'm pretty certain now this is something to do with the hdmi out (when connected) on android box causing some kind of interference with the internet.
I've tried the box (not connected to Internet in any way) at a friends and the same result -
Box powered up - no change
Hdmi connected - wifi speed drops massively.
3 different cables tried all with the same result .
