Help my droidbox says no network connection or http request error 404 not found. I check my Internet settings on the box and it shows connected. What can I do?

Is it connected by Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable? You can try using the one it isn't connected by. It could be either your Wi-Fi chip or Ethernet jack is defective.

Additionally, are you trying to use a web browser or higher-profile app (Youtube, etc.), or are you trying to connect to some old Kodi repository that isn't online anymore (and therefore would give you an error upon an attempt to connect).

Also, have you considered a factory reset?

It’s connected by WiFi. I did a factory reset on it over a year ago ever since then I have the can’t find connection.. It wouldn’t let me open a web browser because no connection ,but I check the box for internet connection and it is connected..
