If you're using the remote that came with the box, it might be the power button has given out.
If you're using another remote, it probably just hasn't learned the Infrared (IR) code from it. Check to see if the remote has an IR learning function.

HI All I have had to Bite the bullet and buy a new Remote For a Doridbox IMXQPro Box
The Remote is a Tekeir Replacement Air Remote / Mouse & Keyboard Compatible With DROIDBOX MXG
It Works Fine When the Box Is Powered On But I cannot use the Red Power Button on the Remote Control to Power it on No Idea why ?

Any Help would be appreciated !
Thanks

Check to see if your remote can perform an IR Learning function. You probably need to clone the power button signal from your original remote to the new one.
The G10 we sell can do this like so: https://droix.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360017163358-How-to-use-the-IR-Learning-Function
