Many thanks for your help, can you recommend a 3rd party app instead of the native ITV hub App?

It's the ITV Hub App so it would be difficult to speak to the developer, it works on windows no problem so I think its more to do with how it interacts with the Android OS. The problem only occurs when you try to replay on demand services, Live TV is ok. Any help much appreciated.

Hi Sean, Thanks for your help, I'm using the ares build on Android now everything seems ok. although a lot of the addons don't seem to work very well now but hopefully that will change in time.

Hi, I have tried the update from https://droidboxforums.com/threads/beta-not-yet-official-libreelec-8-0-2-with-kodi-17-3-test-for-t8-s-plus-v1.10120/ , but when it boots up it comes up with an error saying it cannot load the kernel. Is there any backout I can do? I'm stuck!

With the openelec version, do you just add the source then run the wizard?. The reason I ask is because there is app installer like there is for android. It would also be good if there was a way to organise your favourite channels, perhaps you can do this but I could not find this easily.

Hi David, I'll give it a try, I didn't unplug the power plug but I did remove the ethernet cable, are the settings within Kodi or outside of it?, also what do you mean by kodi(DBMC) ? are there different versions with the Android Droidbox? Cheers

Hi All, I Installed Sean's build finally and I am very impressed!!, however one small thing is that when you try to load Kodi it comes up with the Wookie message and stays there for about 30 seconds and crashes, after trying about 3 times it does eventually load fine. Has anyone else experienced...
