    swipe down message at top of page

    evening folks, i have a blue message at top of screen saying ( swipe down from the top to exit full screen with a ok box below) how do i remove so i can watch programs. sorry i am new to this so still trying to figure it out. thanks keith

    log-in

    i have just purchased t8 box and tried username and password message comes up as error but it was entered correctly, i have bt router, what do i do now.
