All sorted thx flashed then did OTA

Hi just turned my friends box on and there is an OTA there, When I click on it says The rom developer has not enabled support for the OTA updates please ask them to add support before using this app. Should I still download on SD and update?thx

I was hoping to download file to box via browser, Then was hoping I could point the system update to the file location,don't know if that's possible.thx

hi a friend has given me his T8 to update, It doesn't have the OTA UPDATER, Just wondered if I can download and install the OTA, Or do I have to update manually by downloading the firmware files on to a usb drive Thx.
