I'd already tried booting to android and this had no effect. I've just downloaded 1.1.6 OTA update and am reinstalling this now from an SD card. I'll start in Android first and see if this helps UPDATE - Seems to have resolved the issue! Appreciate the help and suggestions, thanks

Hi Chris, this didn't help I'm afraid. I've attached my guisettings.xml file (just in case it's of use) I've looked through and the 4k resolutions are listed, but I don't know if anything there is stopping these being offered as options.

okay, so got my box back from droidbox today, still hopeless. LE just locks up all the time. Exactly as Martin described above, including not being able to get LE to recognise it is actually connected to the internet!

Oh well, wish I'd never installed this update. LibreELEC was stable and working, now nothing works, can't get it to even run properly, keeps locking up. Add-ons stopped working, HDMI sound option gone, it's a nightmare! List of issues, well it would be easier to say what's working, nothing...

Dave, you're a legend.! Not only have your changes cured the sound problems, but the clock is working again now too! Don't ask me why those fixed it; I have no idea! lol

Dave - Not tried those settings, but I have discovered that, as soon as the cache is full, the choppy sound stops. So it only seems to happen while it's filling the cache, which is weird! lol

Unfortunately, it was a false dawn, the clock on the box still stops with 1.07 :( and no amount of fiddling with settings seems to cure the choppy sound issue

Stream All The Sources>TV Shows>Elementary (latest episode) choppy sounds regardless of source. Tried both 5.1 and 2.0 and both were equally bad. Sources sorted by Debrid, then Quality. (OTA 1.07, LE 7.02)

1.07 OTA update appears to have solved the box clock issue, thanks. However, the sound on passthrough is even more choppy than it already was. It seems the signal is intermittently not sent to the AV Receiver. No setting changes seem to improve the situation and it happens whether watching a 2.0...

Thanks Edwin, but I've no problem with the clock in LibreElec, it's the one on the front of the box. Boot the box and it's correct, but then it just stops, while the one in LE stays accurate
