Moving data to SD card

Hi, I have just purchased the T8-s. Having a lot of trouble getting a wizard set up on it. (not pre-loaded anymore). Can any one point me in the right direction of a step by step guide to what to do to get it? Also, how to get good sports/movie apps? Totally lost!- Mogalot55
