Thanks for getting back in touch, tried another factory reset and left the box for over an hour , still no joy will try the live chat when i get the chance.

Hello everybody I`m a bit of a new starter on this type of equipment so any help is much appreciated. When I turn on the Q7 all I get are the 4 flashing circles , I have tried to do a full reset via the button on the side but all that happens is the android fella comes on then goes straight back...
