Can you go into your Apps>Es File Explorer and see if it shows your External USB flash drive.
If you are not able to find your USB drive there in Es File Explorer then format your USB drive to FAT 32 format and then try again.

You need to first format your SATA HDD on OpenELEC side as per the above Video and then switch back to Android side.
Once you are on Android side you need to go into Apps(circle with six dots), then go into Es File Explorer and there you can see your internal SATA HDD.

Can you try to update your device with the new update available in OTA updater and see if that resolves an issue.

Try turning off VPN and see if it works. Additionally you can try uninstalling and reinstalling Kodi 16.1 and see if that helps.
Check if other apps work on android side, check mobdro, showbox see if they work.
Hello Pat, Can you try using different TV and see if it shows up the display or try using a computer monitor that will also work.
Once it shows up the display change the display settings from auto to manual and set it to 720p and again connect to your Bravia and see how it works.
