Complete rebuild today on Kodi 16.1, zip size 184mb and when downloaded 233mb. Added vidtime section of which is on version 1.2.4 but needs updating manually to 1.2.4 (system/addons/highlight vidtime/context menu/update) to work after code change on the 26/4. Very strange but only way, also uk turk back in place and Adrian sports home menu place of Wiziwig(which is playing up at the minute so kept as a submenu). Just a few more minor adjustments (rss feed and backgrounds)

Cheers for that Mark am trying to keep on top of it best I can with the recent troubles with kodi. It's quite a light build compared to others and aeon nox is a very customisable skin to suit most user preferences. Ps. Vidtime updated to version 1.2.6 now.

Updated today 6th May:- Added UKTV Now as a section/home menu, working fine today and lets hope it stays that way. Also another VidTime update/code change to 1.2.7 and will need manually updating (video addons/highlight vidtime/open context menu/addon information/update/update to 1.2.7/ok) it is already on 1.2.7 but needs the latter doing to work. Updated 7th May VidTime and ccloud removed as too unstable.

Added Fishermans Cove in Adrian submenu for the avid angler and VidTime is back/18/5/16. Please use maintenance section in Ares at least once a week if not more to delete thumbnails/ packages/ Cache\temp to keep build running smoothly. Total Build size 272mb Apologies again but VidTime may need a manual update:mad:

I do all 3 cleanups each time I exit kodi, no probs at all David. When you create a build to trim the size down it is advised to delete thumbnails that's where the clutter is and the build runs smoother when adding new content that is. But using the 3 maintenance tools in Ares does nothing but good and a good habit to get into.

That will take you straight to root. The openelec kodi is either in there named .kodi or in the storage folder.

Nice 1 Gaz, advanced setting in ftp demo is set to / am sure you helped me with this a few months ago. Think you told me to change those settings to /openelec, but I couldnt get that to work and give up and stopped using linux side. I use ftp://address from demo, user ftp, pass ftp, 2121 quickconnect in f/zilla. Do these settings on pc stay the same? tia

27mark its not possible to add openelec shutdown as the build will need a full re-build in openelec to do that. For anyone who has downloaded from wookie on openelec they will manually have to create a shortcut themselves. Programs/openelec config / context menu/ add to favourites and add to main menu if needed from there.

Update:- does not work with openelec. Android, pc only. Presuming because its built on Kodi 16.1 and openelec still on 15.2. Just tried another wizard (nemesis) out of curiosity and that 1 bit the dust 2, its openelec.

Your correct with the password and username. In filezilla the address can be saved to favourites. Remember in openelec to enable ftp, its in one of the settings, forgot where... Then in filezilla goto the ftp address and one of the boxes on the right hand screen set it to /

From there openelec will be found in /storage/.kodi.

Accessing it from the android side open ftp demo, advanced settings and start address at /

Then ftp either with filezilla or es on an android phone, the path is the same, /storage/.kodi

Away from the box ATM as I'm at work so running from memory.
