Okay, so took it out of its box... Hooked it to my telly and the screen in windows mode was best part of 2 inch for my display. This also affected kodo. Whent to change the display settings and hit the wrong one

Any way to factory reset these boxes?

Tried the first method to no avail. Can't do the second as there is no way to get into the BIOS to boot from USB...

I have pulled the plug, put it back and gone into android if there's ought in there, no joy. When switching back to windows just black. Even tried a smaller screen TV...

Any other fixes?

Sorry for the delayed reply... Works been nasty business just lately [emoji2].

Anyway after calling support on Monday and speaking to David I discovered that, to get into, I don't know what its called, boot mode or recovery mode the button to press is F5. I've been using F8, F11 and F12 to no avail.

Whilst going through the list of options bit by bit I stumbled upon reset this PC. I was cautious about what to select so I chose settings and files. I was then after about 20 minutes given the choice to wipe key files, I opted no...

Another 20 minutes later voila! The box went back to its just out of the box state! I spotted the mistake I original made, seems I set it to show on a second monitor thus causing a black screen as it thinks my tele is the first monitor...

All sorted and up and running! When I get more time I WILL upload the picture as promised! (Don't mean to shout with Will but this really is a great box so far and I'm really impressed!).

Thanks for all who helped [emoji106]
