I have an M8S android TV box which has a rather intermittent problem.......KODI freezes on shutdown and after waiting up to an hour or so, have to pull the plug to get it restarted....it seems it may be an add on having difficulty closing down?
I activated KODI LOG VIEWER but after the event occurred I couldn't really identify the cause from the information presented? Am I specifically looking for ERROR or WARNING messages occurring after SHUT DOWN? There didn't seem to be anything there to give me a clue. Do I need to enable this DEBUGGING to get the information I need? Looking at my settings I only have EVENT LOGGING enabled. Its all very confusing?
Any help with interperating the LOG FILE results would be very much appreciated or alternatively can I copy this KODI LOG FILE (and if so how?) and send it somewhere (where?) for help identifying the cause of the problem?
