im having some issues with repos and addons .im geting unistall addon no dependencies.
including droidbox repo

Hi

DroidBOX repos are not in use anymore,please ignore deprecated ones and install new ones from official website maintainers or app stores if stand alone applications are offered.

I would not advise one to be used since they are slowly being deprecated.
Regarding the maintenance you can use DroidBOX troubleshooting app if installed or use the FAQ page and or blog to obtain more info on particular topic/problem that needs to be solved.

Are you sure of that @8bitDev ?
The tdb droidbox repo and associated maintenance addon was newly released last month as part of the t8s plus firmware update.
That's what our friend palpatine was referring to.
You've confused him and you've confused me.

they made a video about it on youtube. shame TDB was awesome team, but the new Echo Wizard is just the same but better. first thing i do on all my builds is install the Echo Wizard.

Can you check one thing for me please (assuming you have a t8s plus or t8 mini).
Go to install from zip and see if the preinstalled droidbox source is there.
Check what is in it.
If there is a repo see if you can download it.
Then check the install from repo and tell me if you see the tdb maintenance tool. (if you can download it do so. Then uninstall if you want).

Ah well. Trying to help out our good friend palpatine and try and understand what 8bitdev is telling us. Perhaps someone else?

Hi, Yes the Droidbox source is there in both DBMC and LIBREELEC. You can install the repo and get the TDB Maintenance tool version 1.0.0 in Libreelec and Dbmc, you dont need to in Dbmc it is already there in program addons. As sbiabs said the old TDBwizard in install from zip is a old url that wont work.

That confirms what I thought.
The "Droidbox supplied" maintenance tool is still there and you can download it from the Droidbox repo.
Even more important it is already there is programs.

@palpatine - I don't know why you are getting this error - you haven't provided any more information at any rate. And Angela says the maintenance tool is already installed in the latest t8s plus firmware release.

So a question still remains for @8bitDev. Is the Droidbox repo that the maintenance tool is downloaded from still in use or in your words "it is not in use anymore"?
