If it is just that addon that is causing that problem and other 4K Addons are ok, then you can be assured that this is not a problem with your Droidbox or the firmware release. The cause can range from slow download speed (for 4K content) to advanced xml settings needing adjustment. ( if you have the ares wizard installed, you can tinker with advanced xml settings in their settings section).

See this thread from the tv Addons forum.

I should add that another cause can be that the video stream is too slow to playback without pausing again to wait for more of the video to download. Due to problems at the host end or any point on the network between the host and your router.

It's the addon release db.. Other 4k is okay.. Try it nigelar pick a 4k movie in there using prime links.. Hmm try ground hog day in there.. Then stop the movie.. On my end you should see that error in bottom and the movie will startup by itself no way of getting out of there.. Then try while movie is playing hit the home button on your remote you will hear the movie playing in the background.. Try it to duplicate it..

I believe you!
What I am saying is that if only 1 addon is failing and all others hosting 4k content are ok, it is a problem with the stream/link and the prime server not the droidbox or its software/firmware.
