Hi all,
I have a friend that I bought a t8 mini for is having problems with playing a movie.
He says its fine on the kodi home screen but when he plays a movie it blows up so it no longer fits the tv screen. Anyone with any ideas on how to fix this or what may be causing it, I am going over to there house tomorrow to have a play around so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all.

Hi

@angela offers this advice in another thread. Although addressing a librelec issue the same controls are present in kodi and dbmc so you might review them

"Hi, To resize the screen, in LibreElec go to System > System again > Video output, then scroll down to video calibration select it, now use the arrow keys on your remote to set the screen, top left first when you get the arrow right in the top corner press ok on your remote and it will move to the bottom right corner then you can move the screen up, when you have got the arrows showing just press back on your remote."

Ok. When playing a movie, click on the film reel icon. There are more display options to tinker with. You can then save as defaults for all movies.
