Mini mouse stopped working

hey guys

Got my new second box today with its mini keyboard all was great for half hour until after a re boot the mouse pad on the keyboard no longer works but everything else on it does

Is it a simple fix I'm overlooking

Can you please test the following on a PC or other device and see if it performs the same?

Some of the controllers have a shortcut to disable the trackpad. Can you let us know (see https://droidbox.co.uk/accessories.html if you're not sure) which model you have, and we'll check if there is a key combination to try.
