Hi

I have been using ES Explorer for doing backups for a while now with no problems but now the whole process of copying and pasting to my USB storage is taking hours instead of minutes - yesterday it took about 10 hours to complete instead of the usual 15 - 20 minutes .

Any ideas folks as to what is happening?

Hi just the usual, is your internet connection ok? You could try apps/ es/ clear data/ then enable show hidden files again. Then give it another go, could also try reformatting usb drive

Hi Sean99

I tried everything you said but it made no difference - I even tried a new USB drive too.

I would rather use my USB wizard but since the latest update I have not been able to because the write path is invalid for backup.

is there any way to get back to the previous build? or do you know if it will be fixed in the next version?

Oh apologies you meant droidbox os version? Try live chat and see if that helps with db
