T8-s-plus v2
When I turn it on, it automatically opens es file manager.
Upon exiting es flume manager, I get asked to enter "at least eight key" which...what the hell is that?
Upon exiting that w/o entering anything, I start moving through the main menu & it just reboots. I can't do anything.
Any thoughts?

Ok, the USB notification & the eight digit authorization code have been resolved. Thank you Nigelar! & sean99!

I still have problems though.
Once the title screen finishes, and I'm looking at the "home screen"...I start moving around the home screen icons & my box reboots. I have no idea why.
I unplugged the dongle for my i9 & it was less frequent but still did it.

Any ideas on this one?

When moving through kodi menus, my box will just randomly reboot.
I noticed I have the beta of Krypton, could that be the issue & will getting kodi from Google play store overwrite, or will i have 2 kodis?

Update: It's not a kodi issue as it happens in YouTube app as well.
This is very frustrating.

You should probably contact droidbox support direct now and talk through the problem with them. You can also use live chat during office hours.

Thanks. I'll try that but the time difference is going to be a hassle. It's worth it if I get it fixed though. How do I get to "live chat"? Can't find a link.

BTW : the "Happy to help" icon isn't visible on my phone. I had to goto "desktop view ". Just in case others have this problem.

Somewhere over the rainbow
Think you need to get in touch with the customer service or use the live chat function on droidbixes main site. Office hours only..
You could also send an email to droidbox using the contact us at the bottom of the page. You will need your order details...

Good luck

You have flashed a firmware for the original T8 device, not the T8-S Plus v1
Drop us an email as David suggested, with your order number in and we'll help you get the right firmware back in place.
