Hi, just wonder if it's me am I doing something wrong, every time I update my T8-S plus I regret it because it's better the devil you know & nothing is ever the same. This time is no different I recently updated to the newest firmware & because it's like starting from scratch I then proceed to download the kodi build I used before Kodimaster & although I have the choice of some builds in the pack the one I used before isn't offered. The ones that are offered are not compatible with my DBMC 16.6 What was Andys build ( Kodimaster) is missing the builds I am offered are krypton builds & are compatible with kodi 17.1 & 17.3 ( what happened to kodimaster ? Please forgive me if this makes no sense but I'm going round in circles wishing I'd never updated many thanks.

Ok. Use vanilla 17.3 kodi as your base.
And if you want to use a build as opposed to loading individual addons (which some of us prefer to do), make sure you have the ares wizard loaded and from there download seans build ( sean is on this forum).

If you stick with DBMC, update to 16.7.00 via the DroidBOX Market app.
Turn device on>Boot into Android>Click the app drawer (circle with six dots)>DroidBOX Market>Movies & TV > Kodi, DBMC & SPMC > DBMC > Update

It'll be Jarvis builds for DBMC 16.7.00 and Krypton builds (if offered) for Kodi 17.3
