Hello! I have not played this machine for days. Today I turned it on and it does not start. The light is green but you can not hear anything or see anything. There's a solution???

It may be the SD card is corrupted and the device is not booting. You would need to contact where you purchased it from in regards for support for it. We do sell them but are awaiting the first batch to arrive.
