So, when I'm not using my box, when it is the home screen, my temp is about 50-60 °C. On the other hand when I use it for example to watch a video or something, first it is about 60-70 but after an hour it gets to about 80 and as soon as I go back to the home screen as time passes by it cools of to about 65 °C. I'm wondering is 75-80 °C safe temp for android box to work at least 2-3 hours at that temp ?

It is fine, the devices are passively cooled with a heatsink to bring the heat away from the processor and out of the case. This is why the case is warm.
