RS-97 v2.1 2017.1.4 1835 freezes randomly

Hello everyone. they have reached my hands an RS-97 v2.1 2017.1.4 1835 with internal memory of 16gb 3000-1 games, which is randomly frozen either with the original firmware or a custom one.

I don't know if it's a hardware or software error.

I have no problem to disassemble it because the customs firm I installed them internally.

In the menu or in the game the screen turns off or resets itself.

If I choose to insert the battery again, it turns on by itself and it is not 100% safe to work.

any solution? Is it a factory problem?

While in the menus, the device will go into standby if no buttons are pressed for a short period of time. Some emulators may have issues with games and it can crash randomly. You can use the save/load state feature occasionally to save the game while playing. The device will switch on when the battery is removed and reinserted, it is standard for this device.
