So I ordered a PlayGo (Black Edition) around roughly 2 weeks ago, today it finally arrived. Everything seems to be working fine with it apart from the 2nd SD Card Slot.

Basically, I’m not able to even put my SD Card into the slot because it feels like something inside is blocking it. At first I thought it was an issue with my own SD Card so I took out the one that already came with the device in Slot 1 and mine fitted inside that perfectly. I then tried putting the SD Card that came with the device into Slot 2 and that wouldn’t fit inside either!

So it’s definitely not an issue with either SD Card, I can’t physically push the card into the slot because it won’t allow me to.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to address this issue? Is there a way I can fix it myself? I took the device apart and I’m not sure how I would even go about fixing the slot.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Are you inserting the card the correct way around, it will only go in one way. Other than that you will need to contact where you purchased it from as we do not sell the PlayGo model.
