Hi, I have a similar problem to a couple of other posts in this forum. I can't find the SD card that came with the device when browsing within the RG350M - I put it into my computer and it shows fine. But nothing on the device itself.

Second weird thing - I try a new card that I already have, format it as FAT32 and if I try to boot the device up it won't boot up. It will only boot up with the original 16Gb card that came in the RG350M. If I swap cards after it boots then the newly formatted card also can't be found in the RG350M's file explorer.

The 16GB microSD card that already comes inserted into the device contains the firmware for the unit - it won't boot without it, so we do not recommend adjusting the contents in any way if you are unsure of how it all works.
If you do wish to use a different SD card as the internal one, you'll need to flash it. We have a guide for doing so here!: https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/how-to-reinstall-the-rg350m-firmware/?hilite='RG350M'

Also, are you looking in the right location for the SD card? It's not like Windows where physical storage locations are at the lowest level (it's buried within a few folders), you can view a short guide on the subject here: https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/locating-games-on-an-external-micro-sd-card/

aaahhhh, thanks so much for the reply. I didn't actually twig there was a TF2/EXT slot for another Micro SD card. That makes sense now. Thanks for pointing out my error :D
