I would clear cache again, go setting(two cogs), then other, the more setting. Now storage and here clear cache, wait a few secs now go back. As for turning Kodi off I use the power off in the bottom left corner, I can take a few secs as it storing things for next time. If you get time use the live chat and ask the tech guys about this to. When you set Kodi up where you asked to grant permission to SuperUser, and did you click grant...if not this could cause problems to. Ask the tech guys how to sort it out. If you weren't asked don't worry.

I don't remember being asked that...I'm in US it's 443am here what time do they open? It's still asking for that 8 digit number whatever that is

I think you need to have minimum Kodi Helix 14.2 and power to.. So the T8 is my choice..but the VIP remote is good as well. I have a T8 and find its great. That's my opinion, I don't work for droidbox just help out from time to time....the service is good and they look after you

Great I know there are less expensive boxes that work. .but so far I'm loving the customer service. .if I can get my box working I will definitely buy a T8 at least for one room

Problem is future proof, and power, I have an imx6 box with xbmc Frodo 12.2 still works but for how long for... For what you pay then save in pay TV prices its a no brainier....did Chris sort your box out today.
