Eureka! SD card was formatted NTFS, reformatted to Fat32, now able to assign Apps,videos etc download to SD card drive D: :) PS, make sure the latest update for Win 10 is installed.

Anyone tripped over this one? Win 10 >Settings>System>Storage has the option to install Apps,Music etc to other drive/SDcard. When changed to D: drive & click apply it does not stick??? When returning to review, settings have reverted back to C: my Microsoft Surface Win 10 tablet has no problem...
