    Q7 won't start. Red light is on but will not turn on

    Got given the Q7 by my mum as a gift but haven't been able to get it going. She said she tried it and it worked so not sure what is wrong. Can anyone help. Held power button and plugged it in. Also held reset button and power button And also just reset button. Tried everything I could think of.
