Hi, Just trying to commence this ota update on a friends box. I am getting a message 'waiting to retry download'. Basically it is not downloading I have tried rebooting etc but no joy. I had no problems with downloading this on mine. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I have factory reset it and it did not pop up. I will what apps I had one by and see what caused it. I could still use the android box with no issues. Thanks Nigelar and Dave for your advice and help.
