You would be far better paying for real debrid account then setup your addons in kodi for debrid. Then when you click on debrid movie link and start watching in kodi you can stop watching if you like and go to real debrid downloads page you can then download the movie straight from their servers...

Can you not try another app just to see or load a video file in one of the media players and set the resolution in that to see if it plays, I have no problems when using kodi at 720 50 or 60 fps using my t95z plus

You will probably have to change the screen resolution on the box when connected to another tv via hdmi you will find it in apps\droid settings\screen resolution and change to 480 or 576 then connect to tv with no hdmi port. AV cable standard definition video typically at 480i or 576i resolution.
