    Login error

    On certain programs (like World live TV ) a pop up tells me that there is a login error , how do I get a Login username and password or how do I set one up

    External Player active

    This message pops up when I try to view any program External Player active Click OK when playback is finished The problem is when I click OK the page takes a step back every time I do it . I am unable to play anything Help please
